Kiption Cloud is run by Hyperion360 Inc. (doing business as Kiption) (https://hyperion360.com/). To run the service we keep three kinds of data: the archive owner's account email, the archive's own content (the stories, chapters, reviews, and reader accounts inside it), and server logs, which are deleted after 30 days.

There are no ads on any page we serve and no tracking that follows your readers to other sites. Reader accounts belong to the archive, not to us.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it, except with the two services the operation depends on: Stripe, which processes card payments (card numbers never touch our servers), and our SMTP provider, which delivers our email: signup confirmations, billing links, and notices about your archive.

You can export a complete copy of your archive at any time and take it to another host, and you can cancel whenever you choose. Deleting the archive deletes its content; server logs age out after 30 days.
